Those items were 12-oz and 24-oz Iceberg Salad with Best if Used By dates from 7/18/2026 through 8/3/2026, along with 8-oz and 16-oz Shredded Lettuce carrying Best if Used By dates of July 18 through August 3, 2026.

The hub states that all affected retail products have since been taken off store shelves.

As of August 5, 2026, the FDA had reported no confirmed positive Cyclospora test results from products, according to the hub. Taylor Farms also says it spends more than $200 million each year on food safety procedures that undergo independent auditing and verification.

4. The recall concerns iceberg lettuce tied to a single sourcing area

The hub also explains how consumers can distinguish unaffected products. When a label does not state "Product of Mexico," the lettuce was grown in either the U.S. or Canada and is outside the recall.

The recalled shredded iceberg lettuce was shipped from June 29 through July 16 to AL, AR, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, and WV, according to the Taylor Farms Cyclospora Information Hub.
