I was late to the show, and you know how that theater has ushers with flashlights to show you to your seat? I had no idea my tickets were front row, center. So I’m ushered down the aisle, sit right in the front and watch these two gals weave an aural tapestry using their voices and minimal instrumentation, including children’s toys. So cool.
I’d completely forgot about them until I got this remix track from TK Wonder.

So, this remix completely cuts out Bianca's artistic input vocally and I find that to be insulting to cocorosie. I love Sierra's voice, which is the only half of cocorosie you hear here, and apparently what “TK” thought would be flattering opposite to hers, but if you know the original, this remixed version is a poor and distant second place to how cocorosie did it the first time 'round. Bianca's lyrics and flow are meant to be —if you haven't heard the original, go check it out now on you tube or their website/myspace, and you'll see what I mean. By the way, they are absolutely one of the most beautiful, magical live shows to experience. I just saw them last night in L.A. and was enamored long after the last note. Love to the artists….Lisa R.
