This is a contest: Demetri Martin and Sarah Silverman
By Greg Swan, on February 26th, 2010%
Time to update the DVR.
Sarah Silverman and Demetri Martin’s shows are now back to back on Comedy Central’s Thursday night line-up starting at 9 central.
Martin’s show just kills me with his giant paper pad and Captain Obvious observations. Silverman is the rudest 40 year-old I know and crosses the line without fail, although I do feel bad for her dog.
These are the prizes
To help promote the show, CC hooked me up with a sweet prize pack:
The Sarah Silverman Program on DVD
Important Things with Demetri Martin on DVD
Demetri Martin – These Are Jokes CD/DVD
This is how to win

Today is the day. Ears, watch out. Here it comes.
The Dead Weather‘s debut album, Horehound, is in stores and out digitally today.
Don’t know of The Dead Weather? Well, my friends, this is the new supergroup, featuring vocalist Alison Mosshart (The Kills), drummer and vocalist Jack White (The White Stripe, The Raconteurs), guitarist Dean Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age) and bassist Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs, The Greenhornes).
The album itself is an 11-track lesson in blues, rock and soul. I do love this album, although I’ll admit the opening track, “60 Feet Tall,” is a bit of a challenge to get into . . . → Read More: Win The Dead Weather's Horehound CD, vinyl single and poster
